I WANT TO HELP!

Mental health checkups can find problems before they develop.  They should be done on a regular basis in order to detect the potential for the onset of emotional instability or mental health problems.  Even if you don't think that you are having problems, mental health problems can happen to anyone, and regular checkups is a great way to get ahead of problems before they grow out of control.
