ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES

Anger is no fun.  On the one hand, something may happen to make you mad.  On the other hand, you may be biologically predisposed to quicker anger.  We do know that biological characteristics are very common for someone in a state of anger.  For instance, elevations in heart rate and blood pressure, as well as inflations in energy hormones such as adrenaline and noradrenaline are common.

 

But as humans we do have a steering wheel to control ourselves called the mind.  This is the key to combating issues with anger.  Fortunately, the development of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been a stalwart in enabling people to overcome issues with anger and become more at peace.  The mind is remarkable, deep, complex, and can be helped to increase correct thinking while reducing instances of anger.
