DIVORCE AND BREAKUPS

As they say, breaking up is hard to do.

Phase 1: Devastation.  Your friends were their friends, and their friends were your friends, and you had all these plans, and you miss the person, then you miss missing the person.  It's hard.  We get it.  Good news?  It goes away.

Phase 2: Recovery.  Not such a bad world out there after all.  In fact, there's a lot lot you've always wanted to do but haven't.  Time to start anew.  Now is your chance!

Phase 3:  Awesome-Land.  At this point you've realized that if things were really so great with the relationship, they would have worked out.  You've realized that you are happier, and a better version of yourself now that you've had some time to assess the situation and invest in yourself.

If you find yourself locked somewhere in this cycle, and are having trouble getting over the hump, there's nothing better than a Licensed Professional Counselor to help put you back together again.

Life doesn't come with an instruction book.  Nobody has all the answers.  And sometimes life throws you a curveball.  We'll show you how to hit that curveball into the cheap seats!
